Mini Calendar Month selection not working

Hello!

We’re having an issue on one of school websites with the mini calendar on this page – http://www.pashley.e-sussex.sch.uk/test-page/.

When trying to click the arrows either side of the month to browse further through the different months, it sends the user to the top of the page without going to the next data and doesn’t load the tribe-loading.gif image.

I’ve tried deactivating all plugins and even chopped out css/js from the header and footer, but the issue still seems to happen.

Any suggestions as to what may be happening here will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for getting in touch with us, and sorry to hear about this issue!

I’ve inspected the source code of the site and it looks like you’ve copied/pasted the scripts from our demo site wpshinding. Not sure why you did this but it’s not a good idea.

Can you please try to switch to a default theme like Tweenty Seventeen (or any other WordPress theme) and check on this? My guess is that your theme is lacking the wp_footer(); and/or wp_head(); calls. Can you check on this?

Hello Nico,

Thanks for your response. Firstly apologies for the confusion on the demo site code in the footer, this was purely placed there to see if any issues were fixed by a call a missing JS/CSS file included on your demo. Rookie mistake by me!

It is indeed that I have somehow managed to miss the wp_footer call in the footer.php file. Not show how I’ve managed this but It’s now all working perfectly.
