Merge two personal licenses into one business license

Hi!

I recently renewed by personal license for one site, and purchased a brand new license for another site today, not realizing that I actually need one more, and it would have been way better to just merge everything to a business account. Can I cancel the most current transaction and just upgrade the original to a business account?
