    Hi there,

Very interested in your stuff and I’m fed up with the previous events and ticketing system I have been using, and like the look of your system especially the ticketing plugins.

I have a few questions before though.

    1. Can the option to buy a ticket be limited by whether a user is logged in? Ideally the event would still be public, but the actual ability to buy the ticket would require you to log in. With this would i be possible to also limit these options not solely by being logged in, but by individual roles. I imagine this would be outside the world of customisation, and as such would be interested to know if you are aware of any conflicts with the following plugin for this purpose (I did search the forum for it and saw nothing so I assume it’s okay):

    2. On the topic of conflicts, I need certain events to have different checkout fields, and will be using the swiss knife customisation plugin, and also want direct checkout to be possible so also need the direct checkout plugin to work:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-poor-guys-swiss-knife/

    Direct Checkout for WooCommerce

Likewise I searched for both and saw nothing in the forum, but wanted to double check and enquire what the return policy is for your software if a conflict is discovered?

    3. Also I would like to be able to display on the event page the list of current attendees. I see there is no shortcode for this sort of thing, but would direction on how to create it (I have some plugin creation experience but not much and would most likely need direction to the hooks etc.) be possible?

    4. Lastly, my website has a considerable amount of user meta information stored within the database, which should be automatically loaded into checkout fields. I’ve tested this with normal woocommerce products, and it works fine, so I assume that this plugin would not interfere with that core lookup on checkout pages?

Many thanks, and sorry for all the rambly questions,

    Oliver

    Hey Oliver,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

    1. You can limit visibility of the form through some minor customizations that we can help you with here in our forums. However, the plugin that you’re suggesting may or may not work with the tickets since the tickets are set to be hidden from most of the default WooCommerce views by default.
    2. The meta should persist and checkout information should say the same (part of an answer to number 4 as well) however, the information may not pass to the ticket like you expect. The information will be stored with the order but the ticket won’t store that information as part of say the attendees list.
    3. This is something that we should be able to help get you pointed in the right direction with for replicating the admin loops within the front-end of the template.

We offer refunds for 30 days from the time of the original purchase. This is why we typically suggest trying out the plugin to see if it fits your needs. If not, we would be happy to refund your purchase.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!
