Hi – I need to add a feature to an internal business (behind our firewall) for our users only so that they can enter their meetings and list the guests who will be attending.

Would the events calendar work in this regard where they could book a meeting in a meeting room and also list the attendees but not have to log in to add the event.

Then on the back end our security guard would be able to see the listing of people who are coming into the building for a meeting and verify they are who they are.

It needs to be simple to enter the data to get employees to add their meetings.

its not ideal I know but it is the only thing I have found that is a calendar type deal where employees can add info and not have to log in (and there may be multiple meetings at the same time) and then the security guard can view behind the scenes.

    Hi there!

Thanks for getting in touch! Great question–are you wanting, then, to grant any and all users the ability to submit events to a shared calendar, as well as the ability to RSVP for events that have been posted? Or will events be submitted with the attendee list already finalized and included with the event submission? Just want to make sure that I’m giving you the most relevant information here! 🙂
