"Media Not Available"

I know this mat be a super easy solution, but I am just not able to figure it out. On my single event pages as well as the main event listing page, I have this large “Media Not Available” gray box. Im not sure if this is theme template related or plugin related, but I cannot find a setting to remove this. thoughts

Thanks for reaching out to us!

It looks like this is most likely due to your current theme and the layouts that it is expecting for a single template. If you try adding a featured image to the event, does the gray box go away?
