Media not available

Hello

When I open up an event on my page (http://vfg.ch/event/leerraeume/) it shows a big grey box «media not available».
I managed it to skip this error with a shortcode on the main event page (http://vfg.ch/agenda-2/) but now I got the same problem on the post pages. What can I do?

Hi Mario,

Sorry to hear you’ve hit up against some difficulties!

That isn’t something our plugins are generating, even if it happens to show up in event pages. My suspicion is that this is probably some sort of placeholder inserted by your theme.

I’m not familiar with the theme you seem to be using, but perhaps you could contact the author and ask if this is indeed created by the theme and if it can be disabled?

Can’t you have a look at it maybe? 🙁
I will try to reach out for the theme developer, I am sure it’s because of it but maybe it’s an easy fix..?

Hi Mario,

Much as I’d love to, there’s no way for me to easily view the theme code just by looking at your website (and I’d hate to offer up a CSS fix that strips out this box and does so not just in the places where you don’t want it but additionally in places where it is working properly).

The theme author – or author of whichever plugin generates this – will be best placed to guide you on a future-proof means of disabling the grey box in places where it isn’t required.
