    Hi guys,

I posted this in the WordPress forums but didn’t get a response. I’ve just installed the Events Calendar on my site, and would like to upgrade but want to make sure that the plugin will work for my needs. So far, so good, except that some our maps are returning the completely wrong location.

    Here’s an example:

    This location: https://www.google.com/maps/place/Raffles+Grand+Hotel+d’Angkor/@13.365215,103.85967,17z/
is shown as this location on my events map (approximately): https://www.google.com/maps/@13.5424267,103.9717021,12z/data=!4m2!3m1!1s0x3110455555555555:0xe26f94004717818c?hl=en

I’ve tried every possible variation of the address (including, obviously) the location listed in Google Maps, but it doesn’t work. I assume this must be an API problem, but is there a way to include the address on the event/venue, but enter in a long/lat as well to get the correct map location to show?

Also, how can I make my maps clickable so that people can click and go to the same location on Google Maps?

    Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having. I am unable to provide support in the Pre Sales Forum.

However, you may want to check out the Event Rocket Plugin it is an unofficial plugin maintained by some of our developers:

    Event Rocket

It has a the ability to edit coordinates in a venue for the map.

    Thanks
