ParticipantHi,
on the site refreshhope.com I am using events calendar and events tickets.
Currently, the map and attendee info is not showing. See screenshot –
I’ve updated all plugins, have the google maps api key…not sure what is happening. This also just started. I havent added anything recently either. Only changes is theme and plugins have been updated.
Can you help me understand the issue?
Also, another question. How does the payments through paypal work with the new feature of direct integration. Before, I was using WooCommerce/PayPal. Can I stop using WooCommerce? Or am I missing the point of the new feature to directly integrate with PayPal.

MemberHi Tyler!
Thanks for getting in touch with us! Let me help you with this topic.
I can see there is a console error coming showing up in your single event page.
It looks like it can be related to a theme or plugin conflict. I see you have tried the following:
- Deactivated all other plugins? Yes
- Switched to a default theme? Yes
Did you happen to notice a difference when deactivating all other plugins or switching to a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Seventeen? What happens if you try deactivating all plugins and switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme together? Do you notice a difference then?
If you see no difference in those conditions, then we’ll need to do some deeper troubleshooting.
We always suggest to setup a dev/staging site so you can test things out and make all plugins, theme and WordPress core updates without disrupting the live site.

The new Tribe Commerce functionality is built-in with Event Tickets and is just a basic option to sell tickets. The main difference is that you do not need a third party plugin like WooCommerce to sell your tickets. With Tribe Commerce you will be selling your tickets and managing your orders using your PayPal business account.
If you decide to give it a try, you can do so in your staging site and setup PayPal IPN following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/tribe-commerce-paypal/
Hope that helps. Let me know how the tests go.
Thanks,

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
