The map view open in the middle of nowhere… and the events do not show on the map.

I review the document and do not see a solution to my problem.
The venues all have valid addresses, but still, there is nothing on the map.

ParticipantI’ve been having similar problems, Charlc. I suspect yours, like mine, have to do with changes Modern Tribe implemented in their July updates to try to deal with the changed way that Google is handling the Google map API keys.

There are a number of requests here on the help desk that all seem to reflect this same issue. This isn’t on the user end, it’s on Modern Tribe’s end, though they seem reluctant to acknowledge it and inform the users.

It looks like your issue relates to pins on a map from a specific category. I see your ticket is flagged to be notified as soon as we have that available. That is a different issue than the main map view not seeing results.

Can you test a few venues by switching them to Latitude & Longitude coordinates? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/troubleshooting-google-maps/#coordinates
