    Hi,
    When entering a Venue and its address the map pin appears in a different place than the pin of the actual Venue. This is very irritating for a user. How is it possible to show the correct and actual google pin from the Venue (the one that then also pops up with their address as entered by the business itself) , rather than an additional pin that does not show the business name and is placed in a different location? It makes the map view sort of useless since it is so very not accurate.

    We are sorry to hear about the issues you have encountered with the map view pin.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    That is a great idea (showing the actual Google pin). I just forwarded it to our product strategist!
    That said, we do not have that feature (yet).

    It makes the map view sort of useless since it is so very not accurate.

    The good news is that you can mitigate that. It is not ideal, but it should buy you some time.

    What you can do is look at the Google Pin and steal its exact latitude and longitude. Once you have that, you can activate the Use latitude + longitude: option in the Events Calendar’s Edit Venue screen.

    At least that will solve the accuracy issue.

    I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now, it’s the best one I have, unfortunately.
