I’m trying to find out if I can do the following:

On the map page if you search for a location (for example London). The results will display the events closes to that location, sorted by distance rather than the date of the event.

So if I searched for Street A, London and there was an event tomorrow on Street C, London and a different event in 2 weeks on Street B, London the search would show Street B then Street C.

    Thanks in advance

    Hey @Anders,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Doing this is technically possible, but it’s not something our plugins currently support.

So, adding these features is currently only possible with some extensive custom coding. 🙁 We are not able to help with writing custom features like this, but we have a collection of resources here that might be helpful if you are keen on hiring someone to make these customizations for you → http://theeventscalendar.com/customizations

    Sorry to disappoint!

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
