GuestHello,
I’m using the Espresso theme for this website. It has a landing page up, so if you need the login credentials please let me know.
Anyway, the free version of the calendar plugin is implemented and works great. I have a question about the Pro/upgrading. I’d like to have a google map in the widget that easily shows the location of their food truck (which changes locations daily). Is that possible with the Pro Version? i.e. Have the google map from the plugin placed in the footer as a widget (or on a page) that changes locations based on the day/event that is taking place?
Thanks.

ParticipantHey Gavin,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Unfortunately at this time we do not have an option for displaying the map view as a widget. However, this is a good idea worth considering. If you would like, you can add this to our UserVoice page.
Let me know if you have any further questions while considering whether or not to purchase our plugin.
Thanks!

GuestThanks for the answer Josh.
Instead of having it as a widget, could I insert a google map of the events on the actual page that would change locations based on the day/events that are scheduled? Is that a possibility? Almost like a “where are we now” feature.
Thank you very much.

ParticipantHey Gavin,
I don’t think there would be a specific solution for this out of the box but it is definitely something that could be accomplished with some custom development. Since geolocation data is stored for each event if it has a designated venue, a custom loop and map could be used on a page to show specific dates and the current location of the events for that day.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
