Map Event View Not Showing

Do you know why the Map Event View is not showing on our website? I’ve search through the settings and I can’t find anything that would relate to this issue.

Hi – sorry you are experiencing difficulties.

Can I ask you to deactivate all other plugins and switch to a default, unmodified theme and see if there is still a problem?

In particular please take care testing things without any caching/minification plugins you might be using (and follow the plugin vendors advice on disabling them, as it is not unknown for caching effects to persist even after the plugin is deactivated, depending on whether or not it is able to clean up after itself within your hosting environment).

I can’t be sure that is the cause, but it’s a good starting point. Minification processes in particular can be prone to causing problems (and do note we already ship and use minified versions of our CSS and JS files by default).

Does that help/shed any light on the cause of this?

Hi Barry! Sorry for the delayed response but your message was in my spam. I deactivated the “W3 Total Cache” plugin and the map is now showing. Thanks for your help!
