    Hi,

    We updated EC and EC Pro to 4.4.5 on April 8. We reviewed the events and did some test edits and saw no problems. But now we are seeing many entries in our error log. Can you help?

    Hi Dennis,

    Thanks for contacting us and I’m sorry to hear your error log has been filling up in this way.

    It does sound like – functionally speaking – there is no problem that you’ve yet encountered, is that correct? We do have a bug on our radar that can impact users like you who updated from a version before 4.4 to that or a higher release and I suspect that is behind this.

    With that in mind, I’ll attach this forum topic to our internal bug ticket and we will update you as soon as the fix is available.

    Just wanted to share with you that a new maintenance release (for the Week of 12th June 2017) is out, including a fix for this issue ?
