I am having trouble creating variable ticket priceing (eg adult/child) and having these decrement a single inventory. for example – we have a planetarium that seats 64 pax. I need to set different priceing options, but cant have seperate inventory for each ticket type – they all need to reduce the main inventory of 64.

I tried creating a tickets and then setting variations by editing in woo commerce – but these variations do not show on the event screen. Is this possible at all?

    Hey Brett,

First off, welcome to the forums! I hope you’ve been enjoying the plugins so far and I appreciate your support. 🙂

Great question. The bad news is that global stock for tickets is not a supported feature at this time. However, we are indeed working very hard on this and plan to roll it out very soon. It’s slated to go out in our 4.1 release, barring some unforeseen issues–so keep your eyes peeled!

Does this help answer your question? Please let me know.

    Cheers!

Thanks for your reply Geoff – are you able to give an approximate estimation of when that will be? Six weeks/6 months etc? Just need to manage some expectations in house 🙂

I can’t make any promises just because of how rapidly things change, but we’re hoping to release 4.1 in the next 6-8 weeks. Definitely keep an eye on our blog and sign our for our newsletter, if you haven’t already, because we give early heads up there when releases are close to release. 🙂
