Make certain role be the only who change status of event

When you create a new event you can set the status of the event to be pending review, draft, publish, or any other status. How can I make this be a default status(draft) when creating a new event?, and how can I make the admin user role to be the only user role who can change the status of the event?

Thanks for reaching out! There is not a way to do this out-of-the-box and would require a bit of customizing on your end. However, we are not able to provide technical support here in the Pre-Sales forum, which we use to answer questions on the features of our premium plugins for those interested in purchasing them.
