Main site doesnt work, sub site does

Hello,

We are currently running a WordPress Multisite. According to this link https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/multisite-license/ if we activate it individually our current license will work on our multisite. If you go to our main site, and go to the settings of the plugin it’s just a blank screen and nothing is there. If you go to any of our subsites and activate the plugin, and go to the plugin settings everything is there! We only need the plugin on the main site so this is where it’s confusing…

We have figure out that it was our theme that was causing the issues. Any suggestions on how to get this to work with our theme?

Thanks for reaching out to us, and glad to hear you could narrow down the issue to the theme you are using.

In this cases we recommend reaching out to the theme author on the issue. It’s very difficult for us to help on custom themes as we don’t have information on how they work!
