Main Event Page Navigation

Good Morning,

we have the next issue with the list view of events.

Our main event – URL is: https://finde-deinen-malkurs.de/kurse/?tribe_paged=1&tribe_event_display=list&tribeHideRecurrence=1
Since a few days, the navigation arrows at the end of page 1 are disappeared and the footer is in a different size as standard.

So, the arrows appear immediately if you press the button “reset filter” )in german Filter zurücksetzen. In any other case, e.g. if you select a criteria in the filterbar they also appear.

Please help, because this page is our main page for visitors.

In my screenshot, there are nav links but no footer, unlike your screenshot.

Regardless, since you’re using using Avada theme, I’d point you to their support on this issue.

I tested Avada theme (default theme settings) on my testing site’s List View and it seemed to work fine (both nav and footer): https://cl.ly/2c1a1S0o2i0j

I’d suggest you first attempt switching from your Avada child theme to the Avada parent theme and see if that improves things. If it doesn’t, please consider contacting Avada’s support.

Dear Cliff,

good news for this topic. The avada guys found the root cause. It was due to too man “div-tags” in the event posts. This tags came in from certain copy & paste activities from some organizer websites (we copied the content of events).

We removed mostly all of this div tags and now all works fine again.
