ParticipantHi there,
Is there a way to make a automatic maillist of all RSVP’s of one event, preferebly via Woocommerce? It would be awesome if a connection with Mailpoet was made for that, but at least I expected the plugin to have a function to send all the attendees of an event a mail concerning constructions. Is there a way that should be posible within the plugin, maybe using another extension if needed?
I think it’s a very important feature for an Event manager to have.
best regards,

MemberHello Kees!
Thanks for reaching out to us! 🙂
Unfortunately, there is no built in functionality to achieve what you are looking for.
I did found a related idea posted in our user voice here > https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/6264920-email-function-if-event-is-changed-or-cancelled that is already planned to be included in a future feature release.
We can’t commit to a date for this, but you can vote for it and be updated regarding the status of it.
As an approach to finding a workaround for this, you can download a CSV list of attendees and then use it to import to a mailing service like Mailpoet. You can learn more about managing your orders and attendees here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/managing-your-orders-and-attendees/
I hope that helps! Let me know if you have other questions.

ParticipantHi Victor,
Thanks for the reply. Of course I voted for the request: I think it would really add a lot of value to your plugin.
The csv-option I already saw, but unfortunately that is too much work for my client.I found another workaround:
http://www.woomailpoet.com/
This plugin helps you put the one who pays for a ticket on a Mailpoet-list of choice (choice per ticket). Of course, one who buys the tickets can add multiple subscribers, but in this case the vast majority of people just subscribe for themselves. The one time it happens that one subscribes 2 or 3 persons, my client can put the extra persons on the list manually.Good luck developping the plugin!

Thanks for following up with this and for voting the idea!
I’m glad you found a workaround! I really appreciate you sharing the solution so it can help other users looking for the same.
I’ll close this now, but feel free to open a new thread if anything comes up! 🙂
Cheers,
