Lots of 500 errors

Gosh, Google Webmaster tools is alerting me of tons of 500 errors relating to the events calendar. Here is a listing of those problematic files:

I’m definitely not surprised that there are issues with a URL like this one:

http://owl-mkc.ca/mkc/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/views/widgets/list-widget.php

Can you give me any indication as to where it is pulling that link from? It’s not something that ordinarily ought to be exposed.
