    Hi, I purchased the Events tickets plus plugin in March and we recently changed domain, so I need to remove the old domain from the licence, however I’m unsure what username or email address I used so have been unable to login.

    What information do you need from me to allow me to recover the email address on the account?

    Hi. I submitted https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/lost-password/ on your behalf. Please check the password reset link to your domain’s bnu@… email address.

    If that’s not your account, you’ll need to provide us your Order Number.
