Lost licence cose

Hello, I used to run a website at portperryradio.com but I’ve since closed that site. I remember buying an add-on for my events calendar on the old site where visitors could add their own events. I think it was from your site but I’m not sure. The email would have been [email protected] or [email protected]. I would like to use this add-on on my current site, cottageradio.com.

Hi there,

Thanks for emailing support. What you can do is reset your password. Try both emails to see which one contains your account. Once your password is reset, you can go in to Account > License Keys and deactivate the old URL and copy the license key. After you have done this, head over to your wp-admin and go to Events > Settings > Licenses and insert the license key.
