    Hi there!

I am not sure why, but my Login first screen for Community Events shows in a messy way. See attachment, although it looks beautiful on your demo page. Could you please tell me why this is and how to fix it?

Thanks in advance LOVING your plugin and addons!!!!

The same goes for my Add New Event form by the way. Button on your side is beautiful, but on my side it is very different (unstyled?)

    Hi Lo.

Thanks for all your compliments and sorry you’re unhappy with the default styling included with our plugins. They are meant to be styled more than how they look out of the box.

If you visit http://wpshindig.com/about/, you can actually download our demo site’s theme if you want to.

    Hi Cliff!

Thanks for the superquick reply. I love that too 🙂

So from that download that you pointed to, can I use some code and implement it in my current theme? Because I have build the whole website in Avada and I cannot change that. But I just don’t really understand how to fix the layout. There must be something I can do without changing the whole theme right? (Keeping fingers crossed 😉 )

    All the best!

I didn’t realize you had Avada, but I see it now in your initial System Information report. I know they have a lot of styling options so I’m surprised it doesn’t look good. Could you please send me a link to your Community Events form (and make sure Anonymous Submissions are enabled or provide me a temporary login in a Private forum reply)?

I actually can’t do it with a anonymous submission enabled, because then you don’t see the login (https://transformationalbreath.nl/agenda/activiteit/voeg-toe) – but let’s try that first! Otherwise I will get you the WordPress inlog and you can see the loginfield, as added in the printscreen before. But with anonymous submission you still see the button at the bottom looking weird and also the drop-down fields are different per field (2 versions kind of).

I also use Ultimate Member, maybe that messes it all up?

PS I have started to build the website from the demo template Avada Church, because Avada says it best integrates with EC 🙂

Sorry, I misunderstood your issue. I thought you were dissatisfied with the display of the Community Events form, but I now understand you’re talking about your Community Events login form…

Our login form is just the WordPress default one from calling wp_login_form().

Your theme may just not have styling for this, although with all the other things Avada has I’d imagine they should… but any styling like that would come from your theme support since it’s the default WordPress login form.

If you set it back to not allowing Anonymous Submissions, I think we’ll be good here.

Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.
