ParticipantThe venue/location/address/map is not showing on the front end of my events calendar. I have troubleshooted by disabling all plugins as well as switching to the default theme, and continue to have the problem. Is there a setting I am missing to show them? I really need these to show as well as the map.

MemberGood evening Julie and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us, for running the tests and for the system information.
We are sorry to hear about the venue/location/address/map not showing on your events calendar.
I would love to help you with this topic. Here are my first recommendations:
- Head over to Events -> Settings -> General and scroll all the way down to see if there is a “Merge Venues duplicate” button
- Head over to Events -> Settings -> Display and re-save your settings on that page
- Try re-saving your WordPress permalinks
If none of that works, would you mind providing us with a specific URL where this is happening as well as a screenshot of the Edit event screen for that Event.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

ParticipantThank you for your response. Unfortunately neither of those worked.
Here is a specific event where it is happening:
http://www.90ddev.com/hilltop/event/girls-volleyball-tryouts/2016-07-27/I will attach a screenshot of the edit events page. This is the only section where I have made any changes.
Thank you!

MemberGood evening Julie,
Thank your for your answer, for trying out my suggestions and for sending a screenshot / link.
Based on the screenshot in question, I am noticing that there seems to be 2 different locations for your event:
- The normal basic one at the top
- A second one where Hilltop Christian school is selected.
This is a bit strange since normally we only provide the ability to use 1 venue per event.
As a next troubleshooting step, could you please send me a copy of your WordPress theme / child theme in a .zip file link (via Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ?
The reason I am asking for this is because I believe there might be a conflict going on at that level.
Thank you for your patience as we investigate this further.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

ParticipantI did notice that the second venue was showing up and thought it was strange and wondered if it was normal or not.
I tried to attach the zip file but the file was too big so here is a dropbox link to the file:

MemberGood evening Julie,
Thank you for the files.
I am having a hard time reproducing on my installation.
This leads me to a couple of questions:
- Is there anything setup under Events -> Settings -> Default Content ? If so, could you temporarily remove that ?
- Is the problem present when you create a fresh “dummy” event from scratch (without using a saved venue) ?
Thank you for your patience as we are trying to get to the bottom of this. It’s truly appreciated.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

The only thing that isn’t working now is the google map. Any idea about that?

MemberGood evening Julie,
I’m stoked that this helped out!
As per your Google map issue, according to the message I am getting when looking at the Google Chrome console while viewing your website, it looks likes there is an authorization issue “Your site URL to be authorized – RefererNotAllowedMapError”.
I would take a look at Events -> Settings -> APIs and try to remove your Google API key temporarily to see if this helps.
Otherwise I am not sure why Google is not authorizing your URL. Perhaps a question for them.
All I know is that according the google docs this happened because the url on which you are using the Google Maps API, it not registered in list of allowed referrers.Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!
