    Hello

We have the pro / plus versions of Event Calendar and Event Tickets.

During development of our site, we used the licenses on the development site, http://www.aperturef8.com/newsite.

then we moved to our permanent URL, photography.org. The aperturef8 site was deleted.

    So far, everything is good.

Now, however, because of the Woocommerce 3.0 update, I wanted test first, and installed XAMPP locally, and moved the site there, on an in-house machine, with address localhost/wordpress.

Unfortunately, Event Calendar and Event Tickets will no longer run, saying that we’re out of licenses. According to the FAQs, “localhost” ought to work.

    Nope.

How do I go about getting your plugins to work on a local machine?

    Thank you.

Hi. Sorry for the trouble you’re experiencing with this.

I checked with our development team and this should be working as described at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-one-license-live-dev-sites/

You might want to visit your License Keys page and see if everything looks good there.

If necessary, unassign it to free it up, and then see if localhost does work for you. If this is the case, we’ll dig a little deeper and see if we can recreate the issue.

    Thanks!
