Listing of Events that Author has Submitted

I’ve fashioned a user dashboard for authors of community events. I’d like, on a tab of this dashboard, to be able to list out the events that they’ve submitted, providing Edit and Delete buttons for each event.

Should I create the code for a query and a listing myself, or is there already a function/shortcode to accommodate this need?

Identified the template /community/event-list.php , and with some customization, this should suit my needs.
