List View – remove description text

Would like the List view to show either a) without any description text or b) with excerpt text only. Currently, the whole description shows limiting the number of events that can be displayed. Is there code that can limit what shows?

Thanks so much for reaching out!

I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which can show you which templates can be edited and copied in order to achieve the results that you are looking for.

The template you’ll want to copy and edit is: wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/list/single-event.php
