List of Venues order by country and post title

I have been trying to modify the Shortcodes Plugin for the list of venues, but I am not very experienced with WordPress development yet. I have been trying a lot of different combinations of adding orderby=”meta_value post_title” and meta_key=”VenueCountry” to the query, without any luck.

I tried:
country, venue_country, VenueCountry and many other combinations.

Is it possible to order by countries first and then by venue name? How would I achieve that?

The meta key for the Venue Country is _VenueCountry
