List next event from current date in mini calendar list

Hi,

I recently purchased the Event Pro Plugin for my WP website.

I need some help in listing the mini calendar. By default the list of upcoming events for the month is listed on the mini calendar list. Could I restrict with just the next upcoming event? I am using the shortcode [tribe_mini_calendar] inside my page.

If you could help on how I can make it work, it would be grateful.

Thanks for reaching out.

To be clear, it sounds like you’re trying to have the Mini Calendar grid display, but regardless of how many events there are actually are, you only want it to show ONE event: the one immediately next-upcoming.

If that is an accurate description of your goals, then unfortunately this is not possible at this time. 🙁

The closest thing you could do would be to use the List Widget shortcode and set it to only show on event. You would do that like this:

[tribe_events_list limit="1"]

↑ This will list only one event: the next upcoming one, which sounds like what you’re trying to do here…
