Hi there,

I have licenses for Event Pro, Filter bar and Community Events. I just found out that out websites nots been functioning properly for 3 weeks because of the following.

1> I get the following error in wordpress for each plugin There is an update available for The Events Calendar: Filter Bar but your license key is out of installs. Visit the Events Calendar website to manage your installs, upgrade your license, or purchase a new one.
2> However my license are valid until Mar 21st, 2017.

Whats wrong?

The license are correct. I suspect that this has been happening since last March since I renewed it.

Can you clarify what domain name you are seeing this error in?

Also, can you copy the full text of your license keys and paste theme here? Be sure to check the “Private reply” option before submitting your reply, so that the license keys are only visible to you and us on the support team, and not the general public.

I will take a closer look with this information in hand and see what’s going on!
