"Liscense keys are out of installs"

Hi. I am trying to update both PRO and Community Events but am getting the following message: “You have entered license keys for The Events Calendar PRO and The Events Calendar: Community Events but your keys are out of installs.” I think it is because my IP address had to be changed (due to technical problems) and the license keys are no longer associated with the correct IP address. The OLD IP is 184.154.236.47; the NEW is 37.60.240.221. Is there something you can do to help me resolve this problem? I’m kinda freaking out about this. Thanks!

Hey Jennifer,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

You can manage where the license keys are installed while logged into our site here and visiting https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/. From there, you can review the installs that are attached to the license key and deactivate the license for any sites there.

After that, you can re-add your license key on your site and it should validate without issue. Let me know if that works for you here.

Hey Jennifer,

Sorry that I missed the original screenshot there. You can disconnect those sites using the “Disconnect Now” button where you were looking at the license installs and then add the key back on your site at the new IP address.
