Limit attendees

Hi there.

We host training courses and I am struggling to find any way I can limit the amount of tickets people can book at a time.

If there are 12 spaces available, I want them to see the availability, but I don’t want them to exceed 2 spaces.

I also noticed that the more tickets selected, the entire fieldsets are duplicated. Is there not a way that we can only limit the fieldsets to just 1, as we ask everything we need in the one fieldset and don’t need it multiple times?

I hope this makes sense, and hope there’s an easy fix – I’m tearing my hair out!

Thanks for getting in touch! Let me try to help you with that.

Unfortunately, there is no built in option in our plugins that will allow you to limit the amount of tickets to be purchased. The tickets are actually a WooCommerce product, so you could perhaps find a workaround for this by setting a limit on that side of things.

I am afraid that setting custom registration fields for all tickets together is not a supported feature. If you were to add a custom field to the entire order, you might want to do that by customizing the checkout process in WooCommerce.
