Lience not working

    Hello,

    I was using The Events Calendar: WooCommerce Tickets. Then I bought a new licence for my plugin. I tried to pu the new licence but it’s not working.

    Can I have some help ?

    Hi Catherine!

    It looks like you renewed an Event Tickets Plus license. Last year we started the process of transitioning customers off of “The Events Calendar: WooCommerce Tickets” to Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus. This new pair of plugins should work almost identically to WooCommerce Tickets, but with a lots of extra features we have built in the past year.

    Event Tickets is free, and you can grab both plugins on your downloads page.

    If you’d like to know more about Event Tickets and Event Tickets plus, you can check out our New User Primer, but it’s all going to feel very familiar to you as a WooCommerce Tickets user.

    You should be able to deactivate WooCommerce Tickets and activate Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus. From there, everything should work just fine. We did not change the way the data is stored, so, you should not lose any data.

    As with all things, for extra safety, you should do a backup. I expect this to all go very smoothly, but better safe than sorry!
