We have Events Calendar PRO (personal license) installed on one site along with WooTickets. I understand WooTickets is being retired and Event Tickets Plus replaces it. Will I need to ask my developer to install this plugin and reconfigure it or will it simply replace the WooTickets plugin with no additional work for my developers?

The Events Calendar PRO license (for the site described above) is about to expire. We are building a new site for a new client and may want to use the Events Calendar PRO for that one too, if we do how do we upgrade the license from personal to business so we can manage both sites with one license?

This second client wants to integrate with Eventbrite. Is there an additional cost to do that, and if so how much?

Sorry for the delayed reply @touchpoint,

    Thanks for reaching out.

When it comes to migrating from WooTickets to Event Tickets Plus, the process is pretty simple. You will mostly just need to swap out the plugins and license keys. As for how much development work is required, I don’t know if you’ve customized WooTickets extensively or what-not. If so, then some degree of development work will indeed be required to port those customizations over to Event Tickets Plus.

You can read more about this process here → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-to-event-tickets-plus/

how do we upgrade the license from personal to business so we can manage both sites with one license?

You can upgrade licenses right from within http://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys — just click the “Upgrade to:” option for the tier you want to upgrade to, and you’ll be good to go.

Yes, our Eventbrite Tickets plugin is a separate product altogether and thus requires an additional license. There are numerous license options starting at $89/year. Learn more here → https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-eventbrite-tickets/

    Cheers! 😀

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
