ParticipantHi there. My Aggregator license expired last week while I was away, so I went to update it today, and there is some weirdness going on that I don’t understand.
I am using (I think) only one license (100 imports). Logging into my account showed two licenses (100 each), so I updated the one that matches the key I’m using in WordPress.
After paying the $89.00 upgrade, both your website and my WordPress instance failed to recognize the license. The plugin would not let me update my FaceBook token, and when I click on the link, it returns a “Bad License” error.
So, I spent another $89.00 to upgrade the other token. Your website no longer reminds me that I need to upgrade anything, but WordPress still refuses to allow me to update anything. The “Connect to Facebook” button takes me to a eventscalendar URL that tells me “Bad License.”
That, coupled with the first hiccup that, when I started to attempt to update the Aggregator License, it instead walked me through renewing my Event Calendar Pro subscription for another year (now it expires in 2019), means I’ve spent around $350.00 tonight trying to get my system back up and running, and it’s still not working.
Can I get a little help here, please?

MemberHi, Dave. So sorry about these frustrations.
Sometimes the Event Aggregator (EA) new license or license renewals take longer than expected to register with our servers.
Therefore, my guess is that the first EA license you renewed (probably both) should work by now.
Please give it another try now and let me know how it goes.
Once you get it figured out, we’ll process any refund you need.

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
