Licensing issue with WooTickets / Event Tickets Plus

    Hi,

    I recently renewed my WooCommerce Tickets license from the WP dashboard without realising the plug-in had been depreciated and replaced by Event Tickets Plus.

    I can see that I have a license key for Event Tickets Plus, but it expired on Jan 4th and my WooCommerce Tickets key doesn’t expire until Jan 16th, 2017.

    Would it be possible to get my license moved over to Event Tickets Plus?

    Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey Ben,

    Sure thing, sorry for the hassle here. I’ve just checked your records against your claims here, confirmed them, and have re-activated your Event Tickets Plus license. It will remain active now until January 22, 2017, as if you had just bought it today.
