Originally, I had purchased the license for the wrong add-on. After being given the license for the correct add-on, I was given an updated license key.

So I went into my account, and got the the most recent update key and put it in the licensing area.

After updating the license, I do not see “Community” in the settings menu as shown in the intro video. I also receive an notification saying my license has been updated – and sends me back to my account page but the available license is the same license that has been entered.

Is there something I’m missing? What steps can I do to make this work? Thanks!

    Hey Claudia,

Sorry to hear about this! Can you post your site’s “System Information” so I can take a closer look at your site’s profile and try to spot anything that might be affecting this?

    Thank you!

Good call! 🙂 I wasn’t aware that I had to install something separate for Community Events. Thank you!

    Glad to hear it!

I’ll close up this thread for now, but if other issues arise please open a new thread any time. 😀
