License transfer

    Hi,

    I have a account with a pro license but wish to either hand over this account (would need to clear all help tickets from the account)

    or transfer the license to a new email address (account)

    Please can you let me know which option is the easiest to do

    (ps the license is up for renewall at the moment)

    You should be able to go ahead and change the email address on your account by going to your Account Details.

    Hi,

    I dont mind changing my email address if i can have all of my previous
    support tickets removed from the account as i have had this account for
    multiple clients in the past so cannot have their details shared.

    Can you have all the previous support tickets deleted for me? –
    alternativley could we transfer the license to a different account

    Hi Ben,

    We don’t typically delete threads entirely, as they may contain information that could be helpful to other users and they are sometimes helpful to refer back to.  If you’d like to make those threads private, I can do that for you.

    Hi,

    Im afraid there is a data protection issue involved in passing over my account to the client who know owns the license held in my account.

    Please can we arrange for the license to be transfered to her new account.
