License renewal discount?

Can you tell me if you have taken off discounts for license renewal? I am getting charged full price for events pro and tickets pro, I will have to look for another solution if this is the case.

I realize this change may come as a surprise if you have been using our products for a few years, since before the change was made to our pricing.
