License renewal coupon not working

Today, two hours ago, I received an email from you with a discount code if I renew my filter bar plug-in license today. But when I go to use this code via the link, I get an error message that the coupon limit has been reached (which it clearly hasn’t) and that I may not use this coupon.

Can you please offer me a working way to redeem this coupon and renew my filter-bar plug-in subscription? I hope that if it takes you more than one day to respond that you will still find a suitable way to honor this discount.
