License Problems

Wordpress keeps telling me “There is new version of Event Tickets Plus available but your license key is out of installs. Learn more or manage your licenses.”

And not to mention it keeps prompting me that my license has expired and I have to re-enter the license.

I have only installs the plugin on ONE wordpress platform (www.singaporefilmsociety.com) and it’s very annoying that it keeps prompting me again and again and not I cannot update it.

I paid for the plugin and it’s supposed to expire Feb 2018!

Hi Sherman

Sorry that is happening to you. When I reviewed your license, it was registered to your server’s IP address.

To resolve this, could you go to your License Activation settings here, de-activate the IP address listing, and then reactivate from withing your sites Event » Settings » Licenses area?
