License Problems – can’t install new version

    I just upgraded my personal license to a business license. Now my Downloads page is empty and the direct download link in the payment receipt email doesn’t work either. It shows this error
    503 ( Expired License Key ): Sorry, your access to this file has expired. Please contact The Events Calendar Support for assistance.

    Not exactly a frictionless experience. I also don’t think license problems belong into a forum, but I found no other way to contact you.

    I’m very sorry about the licensing issues. You are certainly welcome to email support [at] theeventscalendar [.] com regarding license and transaction issues.

    I’ve made a change to a setting in your license. I believe your My Account ยป Downloads page will now permit you to download the plugin again. Can you check to confirm this?
