license out of installs

Hi,

I’ve purchased a license for both the event calendar pro and the facebook plugin but now it says the license codes are out of installs. I’m still using these codes for the same website but it’s just a new domain because I changed it from the temporary site to the real site. Is it possible to get these keys to work still since it hasn’t been a year and its for the same website?

Howdy Lauren,

You can absolutely transfer a license from one site to a new one. Here is a nice tutorial on the few short steps you will need to do this: Moving your license keys Keep in mind you will need to be logged into your user account here to access the License page mentioned in this tutorial.

Did that do what you wanted? Are you able to get everything registered on the new site?
