License on multiple wp instaces

Hi team,
I have multingual wordpress site in three languages ( like this – domainname.sk; domainname.sk/en; domainname.sk/hu) and I’d like to buy Event ticket plus. I have all three sites on same domain but every language has it’s own wordpress instance. Do I need Business license or personal license will be enough? Thank you
