License Keys Not Holding

Hi,

I wanted to ask about license keys being installed.

I purchased the Pro module, facebook, and ical. I input each key and get a validated success with an expiration date. However, the ONLY key that remains in the list is the facebook key – it’s also the top key listed in the license key page. The other keys disappear after leaving the page.

Today I got notice there is an update but my license key is missing/not valid. I put the key back in and it validates it again, but drops out like usual.

Is this a known problem?

Hi Denon,

Sorry for the issues.

I can help out here.

After you add the license key wait for the the valid message then please click save changes. You will then see a box appear that says License key(s) updated.
