License keys

Hello

I recently renewed my license for events calendar pro. There were problems on my site http://www.cranhilldt.org.uk with the events functionality. I am receiving a message which is saying that my license key is out of installs?

How can this be if I have just renewed the license?

Can you go into your account and click on License Keys and see what domain associated with it?

I noticed the URL was not correct. The license key (db3e7f97605dc217eaef1e4fc0d9bab1e8745fa2) should be for the website http://www.cranhilldt.org.uk

I have disconnected the old site however I cannot see how to link the license key with http://www.cranhilldt.org.uk

Hi there,

Go into your WordPress admin and go to Events > Settings > Licenses and it will automatically attempt to validate your key. Once it does, it will not be present in your account.
