Hello, I’m having license key issues on my website. I purchased the license a few days ago, entered it in the calendar settings, but it says the key is out of installs. I came across this article from April 2017 – https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/license-key-problems/ – Has this problem been fixed? Is so, how can I fix the issue on my website?
Sorry for the confusion. You should’ve received an email containing a link to download Events Calendar Pro and the license key. Also when the plugin installs, your license key should automatically be applied already.
Get your license key, and go to Events » Settings » Licenses to enter it.
It looks like you tried to do this, but might’ve entered it in the Event Aggregator field instead.
