license key out of installs

    I had events and bought new license, allowing old license to expire. After installing updates 12/-9, I saw that events message said license key no longer valid. Indeed the old one has expired. When I go to enter the new license key good thru Oct 2015 I get a message saying that the license key is out of installs. I looked at the help page that says to delete old key and save (check) enter new key and save (check). Unfortunately that has not solved the issue so I am without any ecommunity events functionality until I get this fixed. Please advise solution, thank you.

    I am glad to see you were able to fix this issue.
