Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
I looked at your account and the license key matches what we have in the system.
I also removed your image and license key as this is a public forum.
I generated a new license for your account please try this one:
c902000092bd4a348f0353c0aa51c12c36fe199c
Let me know if that works out or we can check on the connection between your site and ours.
Please note that the plugins work without the license, the license is just for automatic updates.

Can you also please try with this IP Address 45.55.7.38
I tested the new license key I generated for your account and it worked for me.
I also deleted that key as it did not work for you so we can work with your original key as they appear to have the same issue.
I looked and have not found any other reports of this so not sure what is causing this for you.
It is likely to be a hosting configuration causing this, maybe a blocked port.
Are you able to contact your hosting and explain the situation and see if they can find something in the error logs?
