    I recently renewed the license for events calendar pro and events tickets plus. On your site, the license keys page shows that they are good until may 18 2017.
    In wordpress, I enter these keys and events tickets plus says Valid Key! Expires on 2017-05-18
    The events calendar pro says Sorry, this key is out of installs.

    Probably because of this, the site is broken whenever you try to go to an event!

    Where did I go wrong when I renewed these?

    I would love to help you with this topic.

    The first thing I am noticing is that your Event Tickets Plus license is for spiritual-frontiers.com while your Event Calendar Pro license is for spiritualfrontiers.com .

    I am not sure if the lack 0f “-” in the second one is an accident or not ?

    Either way, as a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

    Could you also send a screenshot of your license key page under Events -> Settings -> Licenses ?
